Full house renovation
A dated four-bedroom family home, stripped back to brick, rebuilt room by room, and delivered turnkey while the owners were abroad.
Rebuilt from the inside out
The owners, a family splitting their time between Europe and South Africa, needed their home completely transformed, and they needed it managed end-to-end while they were away.
We stripped the interior back to brickwork, opened the rear of the house to the garden, reworked the layout, and rebuilt every room: a new open-plan kitchen and living space, five new bathrooms, a study, a laundry and the outdoor terrace. One team coordinated every trade against a single programme, through to a turnkey handover in 2017.
The interiors were designed by Lei Lester Design. Our job was to build them, exactly as drawn.
Back to brick
The part you don't usually see: the structural work that makes the finish possible.

Drag to see the transformation

Kitchen & open-plan living
The old kitchen made way for one open-plan space. Walls out, new floors in, and a kitchen built around how the family lives.

Living onto the terrace
New stacking doors replaced the old sliders, opening the living space straight onto the terrace and the light.

Master bathroom
Stripped to the brick and rebuilt with a walk-in shower, floating vanity and herringbone tiling.

Guest bathroom
A dated corner-bath bathroom became a concrete-finish shower room with a floating vanity.

Guest cloakroom
The old cloakroom, reworked into a statement powder room with a patterned floor.

Passage
From carpeted corridor to a light gallery passage lined with reclaimed doors.
Every room, done
