Electrical Certificate of Compliance (ECOC)
Inspection and certification of electrical installations as required by the OHS Act. Valid for 2 years.
Plumbing Certificate of Compliance
Water installation inspection ensuring compliance with municipal by-laws. Required in Cape Town.
Gas Certificate of Compliance
Safety inspection and certification of all gas installations and appliances. Valid for 5 years.
Beetle Certificate
Inspection for wood-destroying organisms, particularly important in coastal areas. Valid for 6 months.
Electric Fence Compliance
Certification that electric fence systems meet safety standards. Required for fences installed after October 2012.
